CHECK IN PROCEDURES
 
 
Teams shall be required to register on Friday, September 12th at

To show our appreciation and gratitude of your team joining us for this great tournament we have arranged a wonderful reception of finger foods and beverages for Coaches and Team Managers.  The delicious finger foods and spirits are provided by FATBACK'S - Backyard Barbeque -  Adult beverages will be available and for sale at the reception as well.  We ask for you to RSVP to 334-714-9240!  Please advise us how many quests will be in your party. 
 
If you are unable to attend Friday night check in we will have Saturday check in available.  This is only by approval of the Tournament Director!  All Saturday check in must be completed one hour prior to the first scheduled game or no later than 10:30am at Soccer Central.

The following documents shall be required for each team to be properly registered for the tournament:
1) State Association/US Club Certified Team Roster (4 Copies)
2) State Association/US Club issued Player Pass for each team member with photo ID
3) Coach Pass for each coach or manager that will be on sideline with team
4) Individual Medical Release for each player
5) USYSA Permission to Travel or Intent to Travel Form
    (For non-Alabama teams, if required by your state association)
6) Guest Player forms and player card, if applicable (3 Guest player per team maximum)
